It takes a week to receive a product that comes from Vienne, goes to Terrasson then to Clermont to finally end up in Creuse... What a journey, unfortunately it is faster to come from China.... Find the error!

I am facing an issue with a short expiration date without a replacement solution being offered to me. (product advertised as 24 months of validity while I received a product valid for only 7 months). Product worth €100 and it seems that my dissatisfaction is not understood...

The products were ordered from the laboratory a month prior. The products sent corresponded to the products available in their stock. Hello, sorry this is my second order of dermi-stop and with each shipment the tip of the bottle is broken, it is very unpleasant and especially difficult to use, not to mention that a large part of the contents of the bottle is in the packaging.

Hello, I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism in the order preparation, product casserole, absence of the dosing pump for the can and the pod for the powder. I ordered a product for my old horse listed among the doping products and no protective measures for the packaging. Upon opening this cardboard box in my living room, filled with powder, I exposed my 20-month-old son and my international referee partner to a potentially dangerous product. After 1 hour of cleaning, I am simply furious at your lack of professionalism. I expect a replacement bucket with the doser as soon as possible.
