The delivery was not what we selected. We chose the premium delivery option "At home with Signature" which would take 3-5 days. However, the delivery took longer than 10 days, and it was sent to a packet station, and it was also not delivered with signature. This was not sent with the premium delivery. When I asked about it, they didn't say anything about it. We paid extra 30 Euro for this. They just ignored.

Good evening, your products are good but I am absolutely not happy with the transport part. I paid for urgent delivery for 04/07 while my order was placed on 02/07/25. I was only delivered on 08/07 without anyone getting back to me to indicate if there was a problem. Nothing, and when I sent an email worrying about the non-delivery on 07/07, well barely an apology and no commercial gesture proposed. I had placed another order on another site the same day and had the same issue except that they apologized and opened a dispute file and offered me 2 choices to remedy the non-fulfillment of the delivery on time. I am used to Produits-veto.com but this time it doesn't work.

As you know, this is beyond our control. As previously stated, you can deal directly with the carrier by arranging for them to collect the parcels from our premises. We ship orders for some customers via UPS or DHL. This allows you to use the carrier of your choice, with a direct contract and favourable pricing terms.
