The package did not arrive at the mentioned location and I have not been able to retrieve it yet. Order placed since February 28 or March 3.

Hello, I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism in the order preparation, product casserole, absence of the dosing pump for the can and the pod for the powder. I ordered a product for my old horse listed among the doping products and no protective measures for the packaging. Upon opening this cardboard box in my living room, filled with powder, I exposed my 20-month-old son and my international referee partner to a potentially dangerous product. After 1 hour of cleaning, I am simply furious at your lack of professionalism. I expect a replacement bucket with the doser as soon as possible.

Not serious at all, impossible to reach them by phone. I have been waiting for my order for 10 days. I am really disappointed.
Delivery received incomplete, impossible to reach customer service which does not respond either by phone or email. Received 1 product out of 3 ordered AND PAID. This is not serious. I expect a resolution to this dispute quickly and hope to receive my items VERY QUICKLY.

Ordered on August 10, my package got lost (thanks to the post!!!). Having paid via PayPal, I requested a refund for my order which I never received and this seller is dragging out the refund just because I filed a complaint via PayPal. Very disappointed especially since he argues that the problem would have been resolved if I hadn't opened a PayPal dispute and now that I have opened it, we have to wait for the end of the procedure, which is totally false because if the seller refunds via PayPal, the dispute is closed immediately.
