Hello, I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism in the order preparation, product casserole, absence of the dosing pump for the can and the pod for the powder. I ordered a product for my old horse listed among the doping products and no protective measures for the packaging. Upon opening this cardboard box in my living room, filled with powder, I exposed my 20-month-old son and my international referee partner to a potentially dangerous product. After 1 hour of cleaning, I am simply furious at your lack of professionalism. I expect a replacement bucket with the doser as soon as possible.

Ordered on August 10, my package got lost (thanks to the post!!!). Having paid via PayPal, I requested a refund for my order which I never received and this seller is dragging out the refund just because I filed a complaint via PayPal.
