Order of 6 tablets of a dewormer for my dog, paid for 6 and received 4 tablets, called customer service on Monday to report the error, they told me no problem, we will send you 2 more, I specified that I am going on vacation Friday and that I can give them the address of my vacation home, but they assured me that I would receive my tablets well before, and well I am very disappointed no package with the tablets and no way to know if they will be in my mailbox during 3 weeks of vacation. This delivery is confirmed at payment on their site and ... surprise, I have to pick up the package at the post office.
