First order and surely the last - I ordered two different products - I see on my bank account that I have a refund from produits-veto - I go to their site and see that one of the products was refunded without notifying me - the second one is supposed to arrive in a locker - it is delivered 20 km away - I go there and they tell me it is not there - not serious at all - I called their service and they told me they didn't have time to inform me that an item was out of stock - not a single commercial gesture
