Everything is ok, it is true that the Babolat SFX 4 shoes fit wider than normal, I can use them but I ordered another pair half a size smaller that I think will be more efficient.

I received the product in the specified time and the delivery company kept me informed at all times during the transit from the origin to the day of delivery.

Unfortunately, although they are the most competitive in terms of price after research, the quality of the finish was not up to par; there was a manufacturing defect as the right shoe was wider than the left, which was relatively visible when comparing the two. Customer service takes 4 to 5 days to respond to the complaint email, but on the other hand, return at their expense was accepted and the refund was very quick.

Hello, Regarding my first order, I was disappointed with the handling of my last order. My order was processed late. Moreover, I had paid for the logo option for the 2 rackets ordered but no logo was placed during the stringing. Could you please let me know the reason, Thank you Best regards Nicolas de Villèle

I did not purchase because I was sent the wrong product, but the after-sales service, although via email, was immediate and efficient and the refund of the amount paid occurred in a short time. Congratulations!

It's a shame that DPD delivers the chosen relay at 7:32 AM while it opens at... 11 AM; that DPD then chooses another relay without consulting the recipient and thus delays the delivery by two days...

Fast, professional, it would definitely deserve 5 stars, but I take away just one star because the support phone number never answers, it's a shame, it gives, wrongly, a bad image of the site.

Order placed without difficulty, products at a reasonable price, but one product seems disappointing, the Adidas Match 25 pickleball paddle which already shows visible impacts after 3 hours of play. I do not recommend this product even for beginner players. Thank you

I am not satisfied with the return policy that costs me 30 euros for shipping from where I live... for a pair of shoes purchased for 90, it's not worth it, and I kept the shoes slightly big.
