It's a shame that DPD delivers the chosen relay at 7:32 AM while it opens at... 11 AM; that DPD then chooses another relay without consulting the recipient and thus delays the delivery by two days...

At first, no communication about the delivery delay. But once contacted, the customer service was responsive, merchandise arrived quickly and in good condition. Second order without any real issues. Just need to improve customer communication, so that it is anticipated and not forced.
