Tennis bag matching the requested specifications; a bit of delay in delivery and change of delivery location to a pickup point; overall satisfactory.

The communication went well. However, the order (24-48h) was delayed and it was not clear what exactly was happening with the order. Once with the delivery person (GLS), it went 'too' well: too much communication :-)

I would have given 5 stars if there hadn't been delivery delays, this is the second time I order a Tecnifibre product and each time there is a delay even though the items are in stock

At first, no communication about the delivery delay. But once contacted, the customer service was responsive, merchandise arrived quickly and in good condition. Second order without any real issues. Just need to improve customer communication, so that it is anticipated and not forced.

Very satisfied with my purchase - the ability to customize the stringing is a big plus - I take away 1 star because I requested 4 knots and received my racket with a 2 knot stringing - it's not super impactful but I would have liked to test the 4 knots.

Easy online purchase at a very competitive price. Hard to understand whether to add a string or not at the time of purchase.

I am disappointed with the finish, you can see the glue all around the shoe. But since it's for Christmas, I don't have time to return it

Hello, I am satisfied with the quality of the product (Nike men's tennis jacket). However, I fear that the size may be too large; I indeed chose XL which is the usual size of the person to whom I am giving this gift, but it seems that it is really wide. Since this is a Christmas gift and considering the current unavailability of a size L, will it be possible to exchange the product beyond the indicated 14-day period on your site if the size does not fit? Thank you very much for your response. Best regards, Isabelle ALLOT

Personally, I was disappointed with my experience buying a pair of tennis shoes, size 45 being too big, I returned the pair AT MY EXPENSE, €13.80... I was convinced that the return was covered by PROTENNIS. This model did not offer a half size, I requested size 44... and it was too tight for my foot........ so a CATASTROPHIC purchase for me. I have not returned this model again to pay €13.80 for shipping.... I sincerely think I will not repeat the experience with you. Sincerely sorry and disappointed. Best regards
