Very satisfied with my purchase - the ability to customize the stringing is a big plus - I take away 1 star because I requested 4 knots and received my racket with a 2 knot stringing - it's not super impactful but I would have liked to test the 4 knots.

Hello, I am satisfied with the quality of the product (Nike men's tennis jacket). However, I fear that the size may be too large; I indeed chose XL which is the usual size of the person to whom I am giving this gift, but it seems that it is really wide. Since this is a Christmas gift and considering the current unavailability of a size L, will it be possible to exchange the product beyond the indicated 14-day period on your site if the size does not fit? Personally, I was disappointed with my experience buying a pair of tennis shoes, size 45 being too big, I returned the pair AT MY EXPENSE, €13.80... I was convinced that the return was covered by PROTENNIS. This model did not offer a half size, I requested size 44... and it was too tight for my foot........ so a CATASTROPHIC purchase for me. I have not returned this model again to pay €13.80 for shipping.... I sincerely think I will not repeat the experience with you. Sincerely sorry and disappointed. Best regards

Hello, thank you for Marie's advice on my future purchase of a pair of clay court tennis shoes. However, I must admit I am disappointed regarding the delivery because the pickup point changed and I had to travel more kilometers to retrieve my package! Moreover, the people were not really welcoming!!! Anyway, nothing important, but such details should be pointed out.

The order arrived after 2 weeks, inconveniences can always happen, but if I hadn't sent an email for explanations, no one would have notified me of the delay. (The item was listed as in stock with shipping in 24-48h). The Italian reference email does not work (the emails bounce back) and to the French one, when writing in English specifying that I do not speak French and asking for help by including a translation made with chat gpt, they respond exclusively in French. After 11 days, I asked to cancel the order and on the same day the item was shipped to me. The ordered shoes are perfect, customer service a bit less.
