Very good price and quick stringing of the rackets despite the holiday season. I did, however, take off one star because I had asked for 2 different strings and the deposit went through the roof!!!! But Pro Tennis customer service was responsive and I recommend this site.

Racket well received despite the delay due to Black Friday. They are contactable if needed, which is reassuring. I take one star off for the choice of delivery person for which it is obligatory ups and if no one was in front of the store it would have left like that even though a sign said to knock for parcels.

I bought a pair of protennis shoes and the transaction went off without a hitch. A size error on my part was quickly corrected before shipping, and the response to my request was fast and efficient. The only downside was that the item was advertised as available and deliverable in 48 hours, but a supplier problem at the outset delayed shipment by 7 days. I will certainly recommend the site again!
