Hello Isabelle, unfortunately we have no control over the delivery of the parcel, Chronopost took the initiative to change the delivery point because the point initially chosen was unavailable. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions. Thank you for your confidence.
Yours faithfully

A little disappointed with this site. 1st order placed but shoes received are too small. Returns at our expense. Exchange requests take longer to process, we are encouraged to place a new order to get the next size up but we have to pay shipping again. I wouldn't repeat the experience. It's a pity because the shoes are of good quality.

Well received (pick up only), surprised that the rope was not in its original closed pouch (seen on Site).

The prices are correct when they are on special offer, but when it comes to returns, which are at the customer's expense, this needs to be reviewed!

Hello, thank you for your feedback, which will help us improve day by day. We are very sorry for the delay but it was due to the stringing of your racket. One of our stringers was ill and this unfortunately delayed the stringing of our snowshoes. We wish you a wonderful day and hope to see you again on our site. Sincerely yours, the ProTennis team
