Order received perfectly but after 3 weeks.

I can only speculate, but the shoe feels poorly made and is, in my opinion, not suitable for the ash court. Either poorly made, a design flaw, fake, or my mistake.

No free return, I also received two different messages regarding this, one says that I have to pay for the return myself, the second said they would send a postman, who really did not arrive. Ultimately, they deducted 7 € from the refund. Otherwise, fast delivery, communication was good but not completely clear.

I bought a pair of sports shoes. To order the size of the shoes, I followed the size guide that was on the product, but when it arrived at my house, the size was too small. I had to return the product paying the shipping costs (€16). I understand that I have to pay the costs, as it is specified on the website, but I based my size choice on a document from your website, I don't think it's my fault that I chose the wrong size. I am very happy with my purchase but I paid to have it delivered to my home, and obviously the courier did not bother to come, and left everything at a relay.
