Happy with the speed of shipping but very disappointed that after a few days a shoelace broke even though I know it's the manufacturer's fault. But the process seems very long and tedious just for the replacement of shoelaces
Well received, package ok, everything went well until the moment when the shoes were not the right size and there was no return service. I incurred 10 euros in fees. While many stores offer free or low-cost returns. I cannot financially recommend you and risk returns. Really a shame because otherwise a great store, attentive.
The order arrived after 2 weeks, inconveniences can always happen, but if I hadn't sent an email for explanations, no one would have notified me of the delay. (The item was listed as in stock with shipping in 24-48h). The Italian reference email does not work (the emails bounce back) and to the French one, when writing in English specifying that I do not speak French and asking for help by including a translation made with chat gpt, they respond exclusively in French. After 11 days, I asked to cancel the order and on the same day the item was shipped to me. The ordered shoes are perfect, customer service a bit less.

The gift worth €30 announced for the order is a real joke. The water bottle went straight to the trash because with a hole for air it is dangerous, water can go into the lungs. The cap is worth a maximum of €5, the sweatband is OK. All the gift products are Technifibre, no relation to the brand I chose for the shoes. A simple vibration dampener and 3 Yonex overgrips would have done the trick even for a value of only €10.

Good evening, products are priced in line with average sellers. However, they are unreachable by phone and there is no response to emails. Be careful if you use a gift card, only the amount you add with a credit card determines your minimum amount to qualify for free shipping. Additionally, you can only use one gift card at a time. I have received no response on this matter.

I had to follow up because the order had not been processed. The UPS carrier is a disaster (faulty delivery information and delivery to another pickup point without informing us).
Racket received in perfect condition and very well packaged. Fast delivery. Unfortunately, the order was not respected regarding the stringing. Stringing ordered in 4 knots with specific tensions and received in 2 knots. The stringing installation put stress on the frame (+7mm in length and -4mm in width. Comparison with the same new racket at the same tension). So regret about the installation, especially when choosing a quality multifilament.
