Returns are not free, for shoes it's complicated anyway! On other tennis sites, returns are free.

I bought a pair of sports shoes. To order the size of the shoes, I followed the size guide that was on the product, but when it arrived at my house, the size was too small. I had to return the product paying the shipping costs (€16). I understand that I have to pay the costs, as it is specified on the website, but I based my size choice on a document from your website, I don't think it's my fault that I chose the wrong size. Delivery too long, poor communication.

Personally, I was disappointed with my experience buying a pair of tennis shoes, size 45 being too big, I returned the pair AT MY EXPENSE, €13.80... I was convinced that the return was covered by PROTENNIS. This model did not offer a half size, I requested size 44... and it was too tight for my foot........ so a CATASTROPHIC purchase for me. I have not returned this model again to pay €13.80 for shipping.... I sincerely think I will not repeat the experience with you. Sincerely sorry and disappointed. Best regards
