Used to wearing Babolat size 41 without any problem, the tennis shoes received are too small. Given this experience, it is not possible to buy by mail order. No credible explanation given for this problem. Furthermore, if the sizes are not standard, you should remedy this by advising a larger size as is done on other sites.

The tennis bag is really very small. It was not indicated like this on the website. It was shown with a racket inserted and here there isn't even room for a children's racket. Now I can return it and bear the cost of the return myself.

An order placed on the 18th and received on April 29th! The delivery person only took charge of the package on Tuesday (order placed 3 days before). UPS changed pickup points 3 times and I had to pick up my package 15km from my home. Very disappointed.
Not at all satisfied with customer service. Not at all commercial practices regarding the promotional code that was assigned to me as compensation for the current promotion that I missed.
