No return shipping!!!! It goes to France. Once and not again!
I placed the order with a guest account, I want to change the size and I can't get anyone to tell me how I can do it.
No returns no refunds because the racket was unboxed. We realized that the racket was junior when unboxing it. But no possibility of returns. Thank you...
The tennis bag is really very small. It was not indicated like this on the website. It was shown with a racket inserted and here there isn't even room for a children's racket. Now I can return it and bear the cost of the return myself.

The delivery person did not ring the bell on the day of delivery. He just threw a piece of paper on the ground. Two days of unnecessary waiting for a pair of sneakers that should follow the players abroad!
WEBSITE TO AVOID!!!! THEY DO NOT UPDATE THEIR UPS PICKUP POINT, RESULTING IN LOST PACKAGE AND NO REFUND FROM PROTENNIS!!!! AVOID!!!!
An order placed on the 18th and received on April 29th! The delivery person only took charge of the package on Tuesday (order placed 3 days before). UPS changed pickup points 3 times and I had to pick up my package 15km from my home. Very disappointed.
Not at all satisfied with customer service. Not at all commercial practices regarding the promotional code that was assigned to me as compensation for the current promotion that I missed. The code was initially cumulative and as soon as I sent an email to ask if it was, it suddenly became non-cumulative. Moreover, it was deactivated even though I haven't even returned my product yet. Really very disappointed with customer service.

Not at all satisfied. We got the wrong handle size and they didn't want to change the racket or let us add money to adjust it to the right size. It was impossible to exchange with the lady on the phone who didn't want to hear anything. I thought there would be a suitable proposal especially for the price paid. Avoid.
My order was not delivered as agreed; I had to call to find out where it was and UPS took 3 weeks to deliver it to me! Unacceptable! I'm not sure I will order again one day!

Package shipped after almost two weeks from the order
I still haven't received my package. I had entered the reception center but the owner was on vacation so the package was sent to another UPS center without notifying me. I had to do some research to find out where my package was and when I showed up at this new store, I was asked for a QR Code to retrieve the package, which I didn't have because I never received a QR Code. And now I learn that the package has gone back to the Pro Tennis warehouses. So I'm waiting for the next steps hoping to receive my pair of shoes one day.

Order placed more than 2 weeks ago, and still nothing received. UPS is not really the carrier to subcontract shipments.

I am not at all satisfied, I received two different shoes and at the moment, since 19/2/2025 of the order, I am still waiting for them to resolve the issue because before they send me the correct shoes again, they are waiting for the wrong ones to be returned to them. It probably works like this, but in the meantime, I do not have the shoes I bought and that I needed urgently...
Entrust your shipments to an unreliable carrier.
The product is compliant. On the other hand, contrary to what is indicated when ordering delivery in 48 or 72 hours, I was delivered from my home almost 2 weeks after my order and my racket worth 300 € was thrown behind the gate by the carrier. No commercial gesture from PROTENNIS regarding the missed deadlines.
I am very dissatisfied. I ordered a pair of blue sneakers, I received black ones. And impossible to get the ordered pair or a refund. !!!! Only a commercial gesture of €4.90! Indecent!

I do not intend to repeat a purchase because if a return is required it is very expensive.
I asked for cotton jogging pants. What I got was the complete opposite.

Don't answer emails you are bad
I had asked to be contacted since I had not gotten the discount code during payment, but no one heard back
I am still waiting for delivery of my order. Purchase deed on December 17, 11 days later the order is officially in transit with no news from the deliverer or the seller's site ... very disappointing.

Parcel not received on time, Christmas date missed, despite a delivery confirmation message from ups which never arrived. Finally ups wrote to me again today to suggest December 30, it's incomprehensible.
