Not at all satisfied. We got the wrong handle size and they didn't want to change the racket or let us add money to adjust it to the right size. I still haven't received my package. I had entered the reception center but the owner was on vacation so the package was sent to another UPS center without notifying me. I had to do some research to find out where my package was and when I showed up at this new store, I was asked for a QR Code to retrieve the package, which I didn't have because I never received a QR Code. And now I learn that the package has gone back to the Pro Tennis warehouses. So I'm waiting for the next steps hoping to receive my pair of shoes one day.

Big rip-off, we had ordered 2 rackets which benefited from a free stringing offer. In addition to this offer, we ordered 2 strings. We were therefore to have 4 strings, 2 of which were to be mounted on the snowshoes. The rackets arrived with no strings attached or installed, so we ended up with 2 rackets with no strings. Very practical for playing tennis... Customer service is, as luck would have it, unreachable by e-mail, via the contact form on their site, or by telephone... A huge scam, absolutely to be avoided. Not to mention a deplorable delivery service where our parcel was first delayed, then redirected to a relay point even though we were at home when the delivery driver was supposed to arrive. He never showed up at our home... In short, a deplorable experience, a thieving brand and a ruined Christmas present...

I am not satisfied with the experience for the following reasons: I contacted pro tennis explaining that I was going on vacation and I asked for information on delivery and collection times. They said ok and didn't respect the dates. The parcel was delivered while we were away. So I sent a friend to collect the parcel, which was put in a locker. But ups didn't send me a collection code. I called ups and spent a sum close to 25€ to call them from abroad with no result from them. They send me to a service that doesn't answer. My friend has been to the terminal 3 times, and it's nowhere near our house. For the moment we can't find a solution. So I'm not satisfied with either pro tennis or ups.
