Big rip-off, we had ordered 2 rackets which benefited from a free stringing offer. In addition to this offer, we ordered 2 strings. We were therefore to have 4 strings, 2 of which were to be mounted on the snowshoes. The rackets arrived with no strings attached or installed, so we ended up with 2 rackets with no strings. Very practical for playing tennis... Customer service is, as luck would have it, unreachable by e-mail, via the contact form on their site, or by telephone... A huge scam, absolutely to be avoided. Not to mention a deplorable delivery service where our parcel was first delayed, then redirected to a relay point even though we were at home when the delivery driver was supposed to arrive. He never showed up at our home... In short, a deplorable experience, a thieving brand and a ruined Christmas present...
Package promised for Christmas, it's December 26, I have no news despite 3 broken delivery promises from UPS.

Negative the package was not delivered bad
To flee! order supposed to be dispatched under 24h, was sent with + of one month of delay! the customer service does not even answer the messages!

Racket was not strung as specified
Bad experience, I got two dx shoes, and after a week after the mistake they asked me to return the order. Only when it arrives to them they make me the payment. Result after 2 weeks after the order I have neither the money nor the shoes
I would like to cancel the order, it was for a gift I wanted to give on time for delivery.
Return shipping at our expense
I ordered a product that was not available, I really wanted it! They sent me an email to apologize and to see if I would like to change it, I preferred to call directly on your number but for 48 hours no one picked up, several attempts to change the product and finally I receive another email from the provider who sends the packages to tell me that the package has already been sent, without any confirmation that this has been done. In short, I received my products but the whole experience was not satisfactory.
Non-existent after sales service, if they send an item wrong, you have to return it at your own expense...totally unreliable
It is not acceptable for the buyer to pay for the return. I bought shoes cost me 80 euros and the shipping cost for the return would cost me 30 euros.
Ordering online worked great. Delivery with UPS. Parcel was delivered in a Myflexbox for collection. An 8-digit code is required here. I did not receive this by email. Neither UPS nor ProTennis can be reached by phone. I sent an email to both companies asking them to send me the code. Unfortunately not a good service. Yours sincerely, M. Beck
I did receive my parcel, but 1 week and not 48 hours after my purchase as indicated on the site. Once I received the parcel, the size of the shoes was too small, so I sent you an email to the address indicated on your site to exchange them, but after 1 week I still haven't had a reply from you. I've also been trying to reach you all week, but nobody answers.

I am not satisfied with the experience for the following reasons: I contacted pro tennis explaining that I was going on vacation and I asked for information on delivery and collection times. They said ok and didn't respect the dates. The parcel was delivered while we were away. So I sent a friend to collect the parcel, which was put in a locker. But ups didn't send me a collection code. I called ups and spent a sum close to 25€ to call them from abroad with no result from them. They send me to a service that doesn't answer. My friend has been to the terminal 3 times, and it's nowhere near our house. For the moment we can't find a solution. So I'm not satisfied with either pro tennis or ups.
Great product!
I am not satisfied with the delivery. The collection point indicated was not the right one! After emails and phone calls, I was finally able to pick up my parcel!
After receiving the parcel, you realize that it does not suit you, you will have to pay for the return yourself. in my case 15 euros

Damaged parcel (broken box), I hope the rope will not be weakened. Not respectful at all. Disappointing.
Poor quality shoes... very disappointed
Very disappointed by this order. This is not the first time we have ordered from them. We ordered ropes. Not only were they not delivered in their original packaging, but they were the wrong length. (11.50m instead of the normal 12 or 12.20m). Shameful for a site like this.
