Great order unfortunately no home delivery

Usually, I am satisfied with the trim mix fts even if it's not the best quality, but this time it was so bad that out of despair I put it in a tupperware half-filled with water to wash it by shaking... It foamed a lot! But after drying it was less bad and almost smokeable while waiting for my new order.

Excellent, very good quality/price especially the trim, the only downside is no home delivery for me :(

Package not received to date because the pickup point does not work with Chronopost which dropped it off in a pickup withdrawal. Pickup withdrawal is down, then invalid withdrawal code!! So impossible to retrieve the package which may have been returned to you!! Very unhappy!!

Impeccable service, very good product, package tracking, fast delivery. But all of this is useless when the delivery person is too lazy to come to my home but quite the liar to pretend that I was not present. There are plenty of negative reviews about PostNL delivery people, packages left at the door without ringing, packages taken to a relay point without going through the customer's home. And the worst part is that when we inquire, we learn that it is because the delivery people are overworked, pressed like lemons, bad working conditions. Pure Extract is one of the best CBD shops but as long as the delivery is done by PostNL, I will no longer source from you.

Hello, I have not heard anything about my order, I have had no communication from the company despite numerous messages. I even had to place another order which seems to be going smoothly. It's a shame because I am a regular customer, and until now I had no problems. Let's hope this is an isolated incident and that Pure Extract will quickly find a solution...

ThcP is a synthetic migration that is too powerful and dangerous. It made me sick for 3 days. How is this legal but natural THC is not?

Not great, particularly the taste of the Piatella THV-N10 60% resin, very unpleasant, even unsmokable (tar taste). It's a shame, as there is an interesting effect. As for the 4 X Filtered 30% THV-N10 resin, it's smoother and the taste is much more bearable.

The candies don't work at all for me and my friends. We used 20mg THC candies and felt nothing. Very disappointing all of it...

Very very disappointed! The product had no effect, as well as the contact with pure cbd extract who did not bother to respond to my messages. I do not recommend.

The lemon haze deserves 10/10 for appearance and freshness and beautiful buds, but it could be a bit stronger grown... Unfortunately, less good experience from the strong amnesia and strawberry haze, the first order was slightly better and this time the sour diesel and strawberry and amnesia are in different bags as always, but if you compare they are all exactly the same strain and same quality, no nice fresh smell anymore, smell of grass or pesto.... I hope the next orders will arrive much better...

It's not really your fault, but I bought a Puff CBD60% thinking it was a hhc95%. Unfortunately, I opened it and smoked it before realizing. So I placed another order with two other Puffs. The cart does not have any effects, I think they sold me a CBD cart as an HHC cart, also the shipping took way too long. Never order from here.

I bought two HHC cartridges: super and lemon haze, not bad. However, I also ordered 5 grams of HHC flowers at 10€ per gram. Now, this is a real deal because the quality of this hemp is horrible: brown, with a bad taste and I strongly doubt it is 30% HHC because there is no effect! Such hemp should cost 2€ per gram, not 10€!
