Impeccable service, very good product, package tracking, fast delivery. But all of this is useless when the delivery person is too lazy to come to my home but quite the liar to pretend that I was not present. There are plenty of negative reviews about PostNL delivery people, packages left at the door without ringing, packages taken to a relay point without going through the customer's home. And the worst part is that when we inquire, we learn that it is because the delivery people are overworked, pressed like lemons, bad working conditions. Pure Extract is one of the best CBD shops but as long as the delivery is done by PostNL, I will no longer source from you.

Hello, I have not heard anything about my order, I have had no communication from the company despite numerous messages. I even had to place another order which seems to be going smoothly. It's a shame because I am a regular customer, and until now I had no problems. Let's hope this is an isolated incident and that Pure Extract will quickly find a solution...

Not great, particularly the taste of the Piatella THV-N10 60% resin, very unpleasant, even unsmokable (tar taste). It's a shame, as there is an interesting effect. As for the 4 X Filtered 30% THV-N10 resin, it's smoother and the taste is much more bearable.
