Product as described but delivered 1 month after the order despite the chronopost option. It is regrettable to discover that the product is out of stock. The extra cost of a "chrono" shipment suggests that your order will arrive quickly, which was not the case! Customer service contact remains vague about the timelines and states "shipment upon receipt from the supplier", which was respected but 30 days after the order.

We are sincerely sorry that you experienced delivery delays beyond your expectations, which do not correspond to our quality standards. This vacuum elbow was out of stock with the supplier and required a restocking delay from the factory of which we were not aware despite our repeated requests. Please be assured that we are fully committed even if this has not resolved the issue. Once again, we regret this situation.

The parts are available, but they arrive 2 weeks after the order!!! The parts are not available at R2MS, they are available from the manufacturer! That makes a big difference. Compliant parts, well packaged.

Hello Sir, your order from 10/04 shipped on 28/04 for your Truvox paper bags is indeed a long delay and we understand your remark (Apart from this review, we have not found any emails from you requesting information as we respond systematically). That is why we did not apply the customs surcharges that should have been billed to you as indicated on the item you chose. Because this is not the level of service we usually offer. Items like those from the TRUVOX brand related to Brexit result in a longer delay and additional costs, especially for customs. We will better specify this information in our labels. Once again, we are sincerely sorry.

Hello, We are doing our best to enrich our product photo database (a new process will be implemented in the coming weeks for this) but we manage over 180,000 references and the manufacturers themselves do not necessarily have the photos, so it is complicated to have them all.
