Hello Sir, your order from 10/04 shipped on 28/04 for your Truvox paper bags is indeed a long delay and we understand your remark (Apart from this review, we have not found any emails from you requesting information as we respond systematically). That is why we did not apply the customs surcharges that should have been billed to you as indicated on the item you chose. Because this is not the level of service we usually offer. Items like those from the TRUVOX brand related to Brexit result in a longer delay and additional costs, especially for customs. We will better specify this information in our labels. You are right, the situation you experienced is paradoxical even if our entire team puts all possible energy into serving you better. This is evidenced by all your requests to our various members to which you have always received a response. It is true that payment by Credit Card implies instant payment. On the other hand, the manufacturer's computer system indicated your part was available, even if later it pushed back the delivery date several times. Additionally, as with every year-end holiday period, parcel carriers are overwhelmed and this causes disruptions in deliveries. On the 30th, we were indeed present but closed to the public. We are very sorry for all these disruptions and this bad experience.

With potentially nearly 4 million references that can be ordered for us, we have a very large stock, but unfortunately not all parts.
