Part ordered on 25/10/22 with acknowledgment of receipt 'your order is being prepared', payment collected instantly. On 25/11/22, no delivery response 'Your order has been taken into account and we are doing our best to serve you better.' and delay postponed to the end of December 2022 (the 30th after a request for clarification). Finally, shipment of the part on 03/01/2023. Yes, on 30/12/22, it was closed, bad luck could they foresee it? Clear lack of reliability, seriousness, and honesty towards the customer.

You are right, the situation you experienced is paradoxical even if our entire team puts all possible energy into serving you better. This is evidenced by all your requests to our various members to which you have always received a response. It is true that payment by Credit Card implies instant payment. On the other hand, the manufacturer's computer system indicated your part was available, even if later it pushed back the delivery date several times. Additionally, as with every year-end holiday period, parcel carriers are overwhelmed and this causes disruptions in deliveries. On the 30th, we were indeed present but closed to the public. We are very sorry for all these disruptions and this bad experience.

24/72 H was probably for one of your parts (especially the first 2). The delays for out-of-stock references are not mentioned. With potentially nearly 4 million references that can be ordered for us, we have a very large stock, but unfortunately not all parts. For less common parts, like your "white" brush (Ref 9100002066), manufacturers may have a bit more delay. We apologize for this inconvenience.
