Hello Sir, your order from 10/04 shipped on 28/04 for your Truvox paper bags is indeed a long delay and we understand your remark (Apart from this review, we have not found any emails from you requesting information as we respond systematically). That is why we did not apply the customs surcharges that should have been billed to you as indicated on the item you chose. Because this is not the level of service we usually offer. Items like those from the TRUVOX brand related to Brexit result in a longer delay and additional costs, especially for customs. We will better specify this information in our labels. Once again, we are sincerely sorry.
