I purchased 2 pairs of Ventus gloves XL and S on your Racer1927 site and for your information, putting on and taking off the gloves is a test of strength...... I had to make 2 modifications.

1. Additional opening to facilitate hand entry.

2. Added a tab for better grip at the glove opening, impossible to open when wearing the gloves.

For your information, I have always worn Racer gloves and have always been satisfied, but this time, no.

Big delivery problems. The pickup point proposed on the site was actually not one. My package went to the TNT agency which is more than 30 minutes away without notifying me.

The brand is losing some of my trust, I have owned various heated motorcycle gloves for 8 years. A pair of heated motorcycle gloves broke down 2 months after the warranty, bad luck, but the gear is ultimately quite expensive and not so high quality... low resistance to cold in battery-free mode even at full power, low resistance to heavy autumn rain in less than 30 minutes gloves soaked through by water entering via the tightening system. So not great...
However, customer service is quick to respond, I am now waiting to see if the repair of the gloves will work.

Gloves apparently of good quality, but too small despite taking measurements before purchase. Unfortunately, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. This will not encourage me to order another size or other products in the future.

2 damaged products out of 4. Certainly, this does not make them unusable, but it is frustrating.

Size question: The L was too short for the fingers so I took the XL which has a hand width a bit too large. Otherwise nice product.

Heavy jacket > 1 kg compared to some at 350 g.
Very good waterproofing and covers the legs well.
Very limited breathability due to the weight and polyester material.
The side openings and buttoning are very practical for pedaling

I am still waiting for my refund made on Friday, August 2.

The site is good! However, the package was supposed to be delivered to my home but that was not the case!

Listing too long. Better to break down:
mid-season, summer, winter.
Improve details that are often basic for all gloves.
Interesting information for winters, indication of cold resistance by indicating degrees. Often overestimated

Not very convincing for keeping hands warm!!
I advise taking the size larger than the hand measurements

Very happy to buy good quality gloves from Racer, I was very disappointed with the size of these! It is clearly stated on the site that they fit normally, that you should choose your usual size. However, I received a pair that is 1 to 1.5 sizes smaller than what I usually take...

I ordered a pair of motorcycle gloves (the Meta 4); super product, excellent ventilation, very soft leather, lightweight, I highly recommend these gloves for summer, I chose one size smaller than my usual size, perfect finger length, a bit tight at first, but the leather is starting to stretch, they will soon be perfect.
I want to highlight Racer's responsiveness, order shipped the same day; however, the delivery service from TNT/Fedex is downright pathetic, they don't show up and allow themselves to report that the recipient was absent and that it was impossible to notify, and this happened for 2 consecutive days (this surely allows them to improve their stats, it's pathetic). Moreover, I am still looking on their site for how to reschedule a delivery; in the end, I had to go to their agency and struggle to retrieve my package (a real sketch...). Too bad, without this unfortunate experience, I would have given 5 stars without any problem. I still highly recommend the Racer1927 site, but please change carriers.

Good quality and comfortable gloves but I got them for grip and unfortunately my reins still slip a lot…

Fast delivery, but the carrier drops the package at a distant pickup point, without even ringing the doorbell or calling, too bad.

Lack of information on sizes when the references mention both men's and women's sizes (S7/M8/L9).

The thumb does not seem to be heated and the power is too low. We buy heated gloves to keep our hands warm. The battery recharge is a bit tedious. For 200€, I hoped to be impressed. This is not the case.

No news about my return request. The gloves are too big and do not match the measurements taken. No possible phone contact.

Good ordering experience. Problem with TNT-Fedex delivery arrived 2 days late compared to the announced date. No response to messages sent to 1927.com or TNT (or only once delivered for TNT). Not convenient to be stuck at home for 2 days wondering when you will be delivered...

I had to try several times to be able to use my credit.

I did not receive the item corresponding to my order and the customer service response is taking time...

I made a mistake. The fingers are long... too bad

The order and its processing were perfect. The site and the product are top.
Big downside with the carrier who did not deliver properly. Upon checking the shipping tracking, I noticed that I had to contact the carrier because there was an issue with my package. I sent 3 messages to the carrier that went unanswered until I was informed that the delivery was made but with several unjustified delays.

I can't give my opinion, I just received this pair of gloves and they are winter gloves to see in December.

Delivery announced by TNT and requested at home, ultimately delivered to a relay point 8 km away, by Mondial Relay and 1 week later.

The 2 pairs of gloves were available. They were shipped on Monday the 25th and yet are not delivered on the 31st

The seams at the tips of the fingers are annoying. I shortened my nails but the seam systematically slips between my nails and fingers. Other than that, they are pretty, well-ventilated, and quite well-finished.

The gloves are of good quality, let's see how they evolve over the long term. The sensations are also very good. However, they do not have tightening straps which makes them difficult to put on. Also, my finger in the glove does not reach the end of the glove naturally, I have to fold the glove for that.

Only regret, I was guided by the hand size chart, and in the end, the gloves are too big (in length and width.) Given that the gloves will stretch over time, I will float in them...

The product is cool. The explanatory data is however a bit light and hard to find the entire range.

Much less comfortable than expected. Worn for about an hour under motorcycle jeans, they become uncomfortable and, in the end, difficult to bear. I regret this purchase which is otherwise very expensive considering the discomfort of the product.

Despite the correct prices and top delivery times, I received gloves with a stained logo. I did not return them because it was a last-minute purchase, but I think a verification of your items before sending them would be welcome. Thank you
