Very good product

Given the size of the disk, it's going to take some time to test all the games. By the way, no Switch games, too bad. And a hard drive enclosure too small to accommodate the 8TB.

The delivery took much longer than expected, but it went smoothly. The console works very well, and it's great to be able to play our childhood games and even some recent ones.

Order placed on July 27: I was supposed to be delivered to my vacation destination in a few days 3 to 5 and no news from them! I had to follow them up with 4 or 5 emails to be sure of being delivered before leaving again, and always got replies 2 days late! In the end, I was treated like a gentleman and almost insulted, even though they don't know how to respect the delivery times indicated and reply on time. They simply cancelled my order. Not at all professional.

Extremely happy to have passed by the retrogaming store for the quality of the product (retrobox 2) and the little extras received in the parcel. The console works perfectly well, just a few settings for some rom, but what a pleasure! I don't even know where to start, there's so much choice and nostalgia in this little retrobox. I highly recommend it.

Very Very Disappointed. I have a memory card for Steamdeck with 54000 games and it didn't work. I sent it back for exchange so now I'm waiting.

Thanks for the product, but I can't get any sound, I don't understand why, I go through all the settings and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... it's not great... plus some (flagship) games don't work. I'm thinking in particular of tomB raider 1er 2... ( even when changing emulator...) and some others don't work either. So I'm really sorry but I've already spent a lot of time trying to fix these problems (which are still not solved) instead of enjoying this console which I'm sure has potential... thanks anyway. I'll keep watching. I hope you won't let me down on the service front ... cdlt

The retrobox 4 is brilliant 👍🏻 easy to use, the instructions are clear and precise. I'd recommend a retrobox to anyone who loves retrogaming or simply video games.

Very good product, with responsive, high-quality after-sales service. All the games I've tested work at the moment, and in any case you can add more and reconfigure everything if you need to, because the interface isn't restricted. Thanks to the whole team for their work and for making me feel like a kid again 🙂
