Fast and efficient. The console remains of good quality. Of course, not all the 53000 games work. Especially the famous Barbarian, which I like a lot. The start select to return to the console hub does not work on ps1 games. It remains small details compared to the rest. I recommend anyway 😄

The 2 negative points are that it lacks tutorials for portable consoles for example how to add roms and Android does not work on the rg353v. Otherwise it is very good Sav communication etc..

I was happy with the merchandise, but the communication... I was first mocked and then almost verbally abused, and I ended up being blocked, just because I asked a few questions about the merchandise... I had never seen that before.

So, quite a few things to say. First of all, I put 5 stars because I am satisfied with my purchase. The customer service seems to be very responsive, and that's important to me. I bought on your site mainly to benefit from the 2 years warranty, I obviously can't judge this point for the moment. On the other hand I have some disappointments, already the company is no longer French but based in Bulgaria it seems. It was a bad surprise. Then, the choice of games is nice but some of them, especially the most recent ones, are not always well configured. On the Dreamcast I had to remap the keys that didn't match. Finally, the price is maybe a bit high when you compare to Aliexpress. So I conclude by saying that I am fully satisfied with my console now that I have polished it. And that the only real flaw is the fact that the company is not based in France. PS: I almost forgot, I didn't get the manual with the machine, I asked for it by mail and they asked me for 5€, too bad it should have been included (it's written everywhere). Thanks for reading.
