I received my console and controllers 3 days ahead of schedule. The hardware is top notch, I'm having the time of my life.

Package received rather quickly very well packed. I had left a message on the retrogaming store's messaging system to ask them for help to install the 8to external hard drive in the retrobox, they called me back 30 minutes later. Excellent customer service always available. Quick and efficient, a very serious company. Thanks a lot. Keep it up.
