But some points to improve : - at the order: no confirmation email... - customer relationship: difficult to contact them and the person calling back was unpleasant in conversation ... For a 60 year old like me who hasn't touched a console for more than 30 years, I have to swallow the user's manual, Jay's tutorials and when a game doesn't work, there is help like on Discord. I'm a bit slow, but what a joy this console is. If I had a little regret? I should have taken the 8TB... I'd buy some HD quickly. An advice, don't hesitate, this console is a jewel!

1 month and 30 days. That's how long the service has been working. And since nothing. Black screen at startup. The customer service is still listening and working hard to try to find a solution. But nothing concrete. I can't recommend the retrogaming store or the service offered. When it works it's nice, but when it doesn't it's very frustrating and a big waste of time and money. I am still waiting for a solution after my purchase .... Beware of future buyers. You can spend a lot of money and end up with nothing. This is my case.

Change emulator, it will solve the problem.
Stay pressed on the button that you use to launch games, a menu will appear, go to Advanced Game Configuration and on the first line choose an emulator then launch the game.
