1 month and 30 days. That's how long the service has been working. And since nothing. Black screen at startup. The customer service is still listening and working hard to try to find a solution. But nothing concrete. I can't recommend the retrogaming store or the service offered. When it works it's nice, but when it doesn't it's very frustrating and a big waste of time and money. I am still waiting for a solution after my purchase .... Beware of future buyers. You can spend a lot of money and end up with nothing. This is my case.

Stay pressed on the button that you use to launch games, a menu will appear, go to Advanced Game Configuration and on the first line choose an emulator then launch the game.
