Fast and responsive. Quality product

I received my package 28 days after ordering when it was noted 7 days for manufacturing and 3 days for delivery! I've been using it for a while now and it's not working! The remote control doesn't work with the games and the console doesn't have a switch, so every time I want to play I have to unplug and plug it in again! I can't leave the console in my TV cabinet which has the plugs behind! I can't recommend this console at all!

The Sav service responds quickly but in case of failure the repair is very long, 3 months to send me another console. Beware many games do not work or are of poor graphic quality on PS1 and N64, many duplicates or more.

Hello Well, I would say that apart from the rather (very) long waiting time in view of the current economic situation that the whole world is going through, the people with whom I was able to exchange during my order were very pleasant and reassuring, and I finally received my order despite all, and frankly, I can only tell you one thing: Be patient, it's worth it! I am satisfied with the quality of my order but not with the delay! More than 3 months of waiting! Even if I can understand the difficulty for you to receive the components but still at least warn the customer of the expected delay because forced to contact you several times to know the progress of my order!

I'm not sure what the quality of the product is, I still haven't received any information on the manufacturing delay and the worst thing is that for an object of this price, you use the worst carrier that exists. Fedex. At the time I'm writing these words, the parcel should have arrived but it is as usual with this carrier, impossible to know where it is. If you want to manufacture elsewhere than in France, at least have the decency to use a carrier that does not have the worst reputation in the world.
