Top material retrobox 2 to asus pn 50 for my part mail and phone answers also only negative point, preparation time and delivery were a little long, a month of waiting otherwise the rest is perfect.

6Tb hard drive expected since July 2021! Sent a first time defective, I was forced to send it back for exchange... We arrive in November and still no return but promises, always promises! I think I made a bad choice! I have lost almost 400 euros but I will not stop there. Be careful when you order from them...

Overall happy with this console, but for the price ps3 emulation would have been welcome! Or at least a little tuto to install it... In any case beautiful little jewel, thank you to the Retrogaming team.

So far I'm satisfied with my purchase, some games that don't work, it's a shame but I already knew that before..just regret not being warned before my purchase that 2 weeks later the 4to retrobox was released for the same price as my 2to

Very satisfied with my purchase. The delivery was on time and in a carefully protected package. I would like to see a more detailed manual on the general operation of the retrobox because the possibilities are so immense that one can get lost. A database allowing a search by game name for all media seems useful (but maybe it already exists). The console runs perfectly, the games are smooth and it's a real pleasure to go back to my old consoles and the atari 800 which was my first computer. I highly recommend this purchase and the price is well deserved by the quality of the hardware.

A good gaming experience overall but sometimes accompanied by some problems of display that freezes that forces to restart the system and some games that does not launch even after changing settings! Nothing really bad though and does not take away the pleasure of having a machine like this! Thank you and good luck to all the team !!!!

Cool to go back 25 years

A little delay in delivery. Very responsive team in terms of communication. The console conforms to the order. Very easy to set up and use. The wired controller is unusable for me. I'm very happy with the quality of the product and the service.

Too long, and 1 month later I'm still not reimbursed.

The product took an extra two weeks to arrive due to the current shortage. The manufacturer was kindly informed of this and kept in close contact during this period. The product is great, easy to install and appeals to young and old alike.

Ordered on August 14th. Still no news. Unreachable by phone. Update: They called me. My item should arrive within 15 days. We'll see and I'll update this review at that time. Too bad I didn't make any prior communication and wait for the customer to show up.

The packaging is good, the controller very Snes so excellent. I'm looking forward to testing it with my friends from 87'? The minuses: Very long preparation time for a hard drive, lack of communication, laborious settings to do at the beginning. On the other hand, the customer service is excellent, top professionalism, the whole works correctly and the technical support is present. I really recommend! Thanks again 🙂

After 6 weeks of waiting, I received my 6TO HDD very quickly (sent on Monday, received the next day), I tested it and everything works perfectly. I am very happy. Thank you very much !!!!

The order and delivery went well. As the console was not suitable for us, we sent it back with the agreement of Boutique-retrogaming. We waited many weeks for the refund due to several misunderstandings within their team. Now everything is in order.
