The ultimate ecstasy! On a more serious note, I've tested the launch and behavior of a dozen games on all kinds of consoles, including PS3, and it's just perfect. Thanks to you I already know a bit more about the potential and the use of Batocera than I did a few years ago - I have installed it on several PCs and hard drives and before Retrobox 4 I had Retrobox 2 and an even older one, and it was great but not perfect. Now I feel like it's AND great AND perfect. In any case, after my first tests, and my first immersion in it, I can only tell you to go for it! Sure, it's not cheap but does ecstasy really have a price? In any case, it is worth the price of its components and a quality workmanship. Bravo !

Honestly, I ordered on December 18, 2021 and I received it 2 months later, the deadline was 14 days but apparently you had supply problems, the problem I raise comes from the fact that you do not give any news on the order, I called more than 4 times and send 5 emails to have information on my order, You always answered which is already correct but you give strictly no news on the status of the order thereafter, we wait without having any news from you, it's really very frustrating because each time you tell me that you will keep me informed and 15 days later still no news of the order.... Take the time to inform your customers when you have a problem because 2 months of waiting after having paid 50€ of delivery fees to have normally the product in 48H by fedex and that in the end you receive it 2 months later it leaves an aftertaste of being taken for an idiot. Regarding the device The product is really top, it works well except for a dozen games that does not launch but on 55000 we can excuse the bugs, thank you for the small package of candy in the package, the children were delighted 🙂 I would have appreciated another gesture on your part, such as giving me the 66000 games instead of 55000, it would have been like a doliprane to calm the wait and a good surprise at the end to satisfy our weariness. Thank you for having kept your commitment despite all these events.
