Package received late, hard drive and usb key not conforming to the photos..... of a ridiculous level of quality compared to what I was supposed to receive, deceitful salesman with his photos, chocolates in the box (nice) but which melted..... in short disappointed, received before leaving on holiday I could not return it, still in its box so much that I find it shameful.... I don't recommend this shop, and they are going to contact me again so that I change my mind.

The items offered are not finished and do not work. I ordered Retrobox+DD 4to which I returned. The proposal was to fix the problem, an access to my personal computer (which according to the person I had by mail (I have the evidence) intervened daily to correct the bugs ? (to think about). The refund within 14 days? I've been waiting for 1 month. Company in financial difficulty because not able to respect its own conditions of sale. To be avoided. 6Tb hard drive expected since July 2021! Sent a first time defective, I was forced to send it back for exchange... We arrive in November and still no return but promises, always promises! Very satisfied with my purchase. The delivery was on time and in a carefully protected package. I would like to see a more detailed manual on the general operation of the retrobox because the possibilities are so immense that one can get lost. A database allowing a search by game name for all media seems useful (but maybe it already exists). The console runs perfectly, the games are smooth and it's a real pleasure to go back to my old consoles and the atari 800 which was my first computer. I highly recommend this purchase and the price is well deserved by the quality of the hardware.

A good gaming experience overall but sometimes accompanied by some problems of display that freezes that forces to restart the system and some games that does not launch even after changing settings!
