I did receive the console on time. It was due for Christmas, but we couldn't resist using it last weekend. Ease of use guaranteed. Most of the systems are well emulated, but there are still some malfunctions. It's true that I haven't had time to change the emulators yet to see if the inoperative games could work otherwise. Most of the ATARI systems have a poor sound, some GAME&WATCH games don't work the first time and some systems are not compatible with the supplied wired controller, needing a numeric keyboard... But overall, I am fully satisfied with the product. Most games are well emulated or can be improved... I was able to introduce my 10 year old daughter to some cult games, and she found the image quality exceptional for such old games: Fabulous on METAL SLUG or TEKKEN 3 for example... a nice Christmas gift in advance! THANK YOU...

I find the console too slow, and you have to buy several controllers to be able to play all the games, which is not specified at the time of purchase, disappointed.

I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. I would have given it 4.5 stars but I can't. The half star is that when my Retrobox arrived, it didn't work. The hard drive doesn't work. So no games. No positive response from the team. My opinion will change if they can fix the problem or change my drive. It's been over 3 weeks.

NESPi4 console option 50000 games ordered on 29/09 received on 9/10 with 11 games.....and of course not the best. From then on, calls, emails, meetings, etc.... When I manage to get someone, it's pretty nice but it does not progress, I'm told I will receive another product but no information, nor delivery date. I'm waiting for the next step, hoping for a happy and quick outcome

I'm not sure what to do about it, but I'm sure it's a good idea to have a look at it. -Large selection of games. Minuses: -The controller provided does not work for Nintendo 64 games (the directional cross does not respond). -Many games do not work (example on Nintendo 64: Mortal Kombat, on Fifa or ISS slowdown or you can not use some functions ditto for Lil At Wars). -The Commodore 64 games don't work. Overall, it's a good buy.

I ordered a console with 51,000 games but when I received it (a week later) none of the games worked on about 20 different platforms. I sent the console back within the legal retraction period to get my money back and now I'm told I'll get my money back within the next 3 weeks. To this day, still no refund is made.
