Hello, I give you my opinion of my 1st purchase on the retrogaming website: I had a problem with the delivery time linked to the carrier, I called the after-sales service which answered me immediately and brought me an answer to my problem. inefficient after sales service... Ordered my retrobox 2 at the end of March, received a good month later (confinement obliges but not that). Received with a qwerty keyboard and here the trouble begins: messages, waiting, reminder, waiting, checking stock, waiting, yes, indeed they are qwerty keyboards, waiting, well we claim from our supplier, waiting, the supplier has been mistaken again, waiting, we'll keep you informed, waiting, waiting, waiting ... Well (in very large part a priori... No time to push the expertise :-) I was delivered during the lockdown (and to another address (which I had provided of course so no problem))... I took another month to try all this :-) (not in too much of a hurry the guy). Apart from the fact that I didn't manage to play Ivanohé on Ataris ST (even with the keyboard, I can't get past a menu, I hope it's just a problem with this software and not a problem with the Atari ST emulator)... Anyway, apart from that, I tried a few other consoles and games (just to see because I didn't have much time). Everything seems to work perfectly and the people at the shop provide a great follow up as soon as the order is placed (and even during the confinement :-). Very satisfied so far.

I received my order in the precise time (24 hours) after validation of the payment, and also they sent me by mistake a HDMI mini cable, not compatible with the TV, and the power cable of the console also malfunctioning, then I exchanged msg with the Gaming shop, and immediately it solved my problem, and the next day, my new cables is arriving. I was surprised. I'm sure you'll be able to help me with this one, and I'll be able to help you again.

The shipping is very fast and the console is great. What a pleasure to play again games from 25 years ago! Some of them don't work apparently but there are so many... it's great!
