I recommend the Retrogaming Store 200% Having bought a raspberry pi a short time ago, I am very satisfied. The delivery was a bit long but I don't hold it against them with the holiday season being hot for retailers. I had a small problem with the micro SD card that was defective that they replaced me quickly and free. Because the big strength of the Retrogaming Store is the customer service which is ultra fast and competent and it's a quality sometimes rare nowadays. I would not hesitate to renew an order with them...

I received my order and no worries about it. I read the pamphlet explaining different things, one in bulk caught my attention. Important the update of the console cancels the warranty out when turning on the console first thing that appears UPDATE. So what to do ????

Some duplicates, and some unrecognized games, but with a little handling you can find the famous ISOs on the web. But everything is there. The 66 systems are there. The animated covers too. Very good customer service, very available and competent. I called because several problems were bothering me and within a few days, I had all the solutions to remedy them. The price of the console is a bit too high but it's worth it in the end 🙂 Good retro moments, I highly recommend 🙂

Delay and lack of communication... I placed an order on 04/12/2019. It is now 12/16/2019, and not only have I not received the product I ordered, but I haven't heard anything since the order date. I have been trying to reach the delivery department since this morning, but no one is responding. The technical service does not answer either... I'm wondering if I'll ever receive the console. Very disappointed because of the long wait after ordering. I was very disappointed because I had to wait a long time to receive my console, but I finally got in touch with customer service and apparently an email was sent to customers to warn them of a delay (which I never received). The person on the phone assured me that my order would be sent on Wednesday. I will complete the order when I receive it...
