The delivery was a bit long but I don't hold it against them with the holiday season being hot for retailers. I had a small problem with the micro SD card that was defective that they replaced me quickly and free. Because the big strength of the Retrogaming Store is the customer service which is ultra fast and competent and it's a quality sometimes rare nowadays. I would not hesitate to renew an order with them...
