Great console with 45000 games.....more than games .MEMORABLE MEMORIES. Great product. Only downside: console ordered on Friday 08 November 2019 with an option of 20 euros guaranteeing delivery on Saturday 09 November, however the console was delivered to me on Tuesday 12 November!!!. I take the liberty of requesting a refund of the 20 euros for this service not rendered. Otherwise for the console and the RETROGAMING shop in Dunkerque: 1 word ...FOUND.

Ordered on October 31, here we are on November 18 and still nothing. It's a console that I'm looking forward to and that unfortunately doesn't want to come. No one is able to tell me where my package is, neither the Retrogaming Store, nor the post office. It's still an order at 599euros for which we expect a better follow-up or at least a delivery date. Really disappointed. Hoping to receive it one day .......

I ordered a retrobox on the 4th of november and the package arrived on my table on the 15th of november, nothing to say. the technical service called me back yesterday after a problem for 30 minutes, which is rare these days. the quibbles: 3/4 of the 3do games don't work because of the video blocking. I fired the games that don't work and put psp games on top, which work very well.
