VERY FAST DELIVERY AND QUALITY PRODUCTS
We have reservations about the carrier. He was supposed to deliver on Monday and as we weren't there in the morning, we asked for the delivery to be postponed until Wednesday. We were not informed of the driver's absence and waited all day for the delivery. At the end of the day we contacted the carrier and finally the delivery didn't take place until Friday afternoon. Our horses didn't get their vitamins for 5 days. We are very unhappy with the carrier.
Indeed, the postponement of delivery has been taken into account with the carrier. However, due to a case of force majeure, the delivery could not take place on Wednesday, as planned, but on the following Friday.
We are sorry to read that the delivery was not carried out as planned, beyond our control.

Of course the products ...but why change delivery man?!!! Gets lost, arrives 3/4 of an hour late, insists on putting the pallet directly into my 4x4 and screws up the joint of the rag ....trop in a hurry. I didn't expect so much from him!
