Absolutely perfect product. There's just one little hitch, the very strong smell that perfumes my car and my hands, my pockets, my backpack...3 of my horses love it, but the youngest doesn't at all. I thought I'd get him used to it by putting a small dose in wet granules, as is sometimes necessary for certain supplements, but nothing happened. If you have any advice, I'd love to hear from you.

Concerning the smell, it is linked to the active ingredients that make up the CMV, the vitamins and trace elements. An apple flavoring is added to "mask" the smell as much as possible and make it easier for horses to take the CMV (on its own).
For horses that are a little hesitant, you can try leaving a few units of MINERAL OLIGOVIT EASY DOSE out in the open air (for 24 hours, for example) to ensure that the smell subsides, then try again a little later. More delicate horses usually get used to it gradually.
But if by "little one" you mean a young horse, we recommend the 'EASY DOSE' format of OLIGOVIT MINERAL for young horses from 1 year of age. For younger horses (under 1 year), OLIGOVIT MINERAL is available in vermicelli form.
