Very good product. Appreciated by 9 out of 10 of my customers. However, the package arrived in poor condition: the cardboard box was smashed and part of the bag had been opened, resulting in a loss of product.

GREAT PRODUCT, IT'S A SHAME THAT WHEN YOU ORDER A GROUPED PALLET YOU CAN'T PUT 2 DIFFERENT TYPES OF PELLETS, KNOWING THAT I'M A PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL AND THAT I HAVE A WORKING HORSE, A BROODMARE AND A FOAL.

The expected effect of this supplement is to increase the horse's vitamin E content in the blood.

Everything went well except the delivery... The carrier did not call to make an appointment and showed up with a 19t at the stable and maneuvering was very complicated!!!!
As you may have read before placing your order, as soon as the weight of the order exceeds 20kg, shipments are made by straight truck up to 19T.
If the delivery address is not (or not easily) accessible, we always do our best to accommodate you.
In the case of this delivery, we had given the carrier as much information as possible, and had asked that you be contacted before delivery. But it's difficult for us to have total control over transport companies, despite our regular monitoring.
In any case, we've already contacted the carrier and will be checking again to make sure you get the best possible delivery for your next order, rest assured.
