I was expecting to receive original Don Papa bottles like the 75cl one, but here I got a plastic bottle with a label stuck on it, too expensive for what it is. A real disappointment.
Regarding the samples, they are not miniatures.

We cannot find any trace of your message, how did you send it? It may be a handling error on our part. We make sure to respond to every message.
It is possible that you initially chose a sample and that the offered product reset (this can happen when changing price tiers after modifying the cart, for example). We have planned to remedy this with a specific alert.
In any case, I suggest either visiting our shop in Brussels to take a sample of one of our barrels, or using your voucher of 3 to 10 euros so that you can take a corresponding one during your next order.

The delivery took an enormous amount of time to arrive, so 2 weeks after shipping. Gift for Father's Day arrived with a week delay! Moreover, packaging with a message was planned and nothing at all!

I didn't receive my order yet
Buying a rum at 125 euros per bottle and receiving the presentation box of the bottle flattened under the bottle and completely torn is really disappointing. The gift I am giving is largely spoiled because this type of opened box is part of the presentation of the bottle and is normally kept with the bottle.
The flattening of the case is precisely intended to avoid damaging it. These Bally cases are particularly difficult to handle, by the way. Despite all our precautions, the cases sometimes arrive damaged.
Why didn't you send a message to customer service upon receiving your order? Maybe you did and we didn't see your message or your call.
I offer you either a refund of 5 euros on your credit card or a gift card of 10 euros valid indefinitely on our site.

I ordered a rather expensive bottle of rum as I regularly do with you to give to a friend. It was never delivered. We provided the requested documents and now I am being asked to file a complaint against La Poste, which I will not do. I don't see why I should go through this process. You guarantee delivery against signature and tracking. It is rather against you that I should file a complaint if I had to do anything. I prefer to never order again and I am very disappointed.
I did not receive my order
I m very disappointed. I order for my friend samples 5cl, he is a crazy collectioner so i thought its will be perfect present for Christmas.Parcel was packed very nice and safe but when i open and saw what is inside i felt cheated from the shop. It was samples but not original bottles. So it mean it was useful present. I pay allot money for parcel from shop to UK and from UK to Cyprus. I will say is very difficult to get absolut extrakt 5cl and i was so excited i manage to get this for him but the shop realy disappointed me and my friend also.

Hello, upon receiving my Advent calendar, I realized that the small bottles were rolling around in the box so I had to open it to reposition everything properly. The labels without information are not great because usually during the tasting, if the rum is liked, we keep the mini bottle and it becomes a future gift, here it's not possible so it's useless.
My bottle had wax cork and when I got my bottle it was damaged The staff offered me 5 discount for the inconvenience with no choise of change the bottle. Disappointed
I never received the order (apparently a problem with the delivery person). I immediately informed Rhum Attitude but I had to call them several times to finally receive the refund 15 days after placing the order. Moreover, knowing that the purchase was partly for a gift, Rhum Attitude made no effort to find a solution to the problem. I would not recommend anyone to buy from Rhum Attitude.
A shame: order placed with Chronopost delivery requested (against signature...) to receive it in time for a big event. Chronopost indicates that the package was delivered while I received nothing. Rhum-attitude relies on its general conditions which shift the conflict with the delivery person to the customer: I have already had to provide a certificate, identity papers... and now I am being asked to file a complaint. In the meantime, I have neither my package nor my €140. Be careful, this company is really not serious.

Still haven't received the delivery
Small order of miniatures placed on the site. The package arrived damaged, the bottles are not full, I report it, no response from them.
Previously, the packages arrived via DHL in Belgium, now via Mondial Relay. The announced delivery time is J+4. From experience, Mondial Relay cannot meet this deadline. The package must arrive by Friday 27/04 at the latest for an order placed on the 23rd. Leaving on the 28th for a month, the package will be returned to the supplier. If the package were to arrive on time, I would be happy to correct this review. This is not related to Rhum Attitude but rather to the choice of logistics. Therefore, the delivery time on the website should be modified.
Too expensive. I just realized that if I had bought my bottles at Carrefour I would have saved 25 for 5 bottles of Isautier arranged rum..
Harassment to leave a review on Trustpilot and no way to unsubscribe. So bad rating. Edit: I received 2 requests from Trustpilot on May 4, one request from you on May 25, and a new request from Trustpilot today. The link to unsubscribe did not work otherwise I would have done it and that would have been the end of it. Your offer of 5€ is not very correct regarding Trustpilot. It suggests that you pay people for good ratings.
I did not receive the sample offered with my order!
I contacted customer service to report a bug in the billing and shipping addresses before the delivery was made. Unfortunately, nothing changed and I couldn't retrieve my package and had to redirect it at my own expense to another address. Additionally, there was a delay in delivery so I couldn't take them on a flight to a foreign country.
The capeverdean room is not made in Cape Verde or not by capeverdean. Did not like it at all.
Disappointed with the torn packaging!! Luckily the bottles were in a box otherwise they would have broken!! The cardboard boxes were damaged and the metal lid was crushed!! For the next order, I will go to a competitor. Ideally, we should have packaging like at Prestige Whisky!! top
The order of €92 was supposed to be a gift that will never arrive in the end... Feedback is gold so I allow myself to give you my feedback, please don't take it badly: 1) you don't cancel an order without asking the consumer beforehand 2) when it's canceled, the least you can do is to inform the consumer so they don't wait for nothing, especially when they planned to receive the gift on time to give it 3) extra tips: e-commerce is supposed to be a simple and frictionless experience, to avoid negative feedback, offer a % off the next order. Especially when analyzing the order, seeing samples, one might suspect that the next order will be at least one full bottle.
Once the payment interface deadline is exceeded, it is impossible to complete the order and you must absolutely restart the entire process... Moreover, the teams are of no help in this case.
Very disappointed with the quality... And the worst is the 'gift' a rum from South America that they should taste first... Seriously, it's just awful! Sorry but the quality is frankly not up to par.

Nothing from my order arrived... supposedly out of stock... disappointed because I could have gotten these items elsewhere, but I was advised to choose this company... 1 Botran 18 out of two and even this one is not the bottle ordered. Then replace the other with the 15. Very difficult contact even by email. In short, I don't think I will order here again.
I wanted to please a friend who is a rum enthusiast, I ordered several miniatures (for me a miniature is a small version of the original container) when I received the order I was disappointed to receive simple identical bottles for the rums I had selected, while for me the bottle is what makes the product unique. Maybe the site should specify this.
18 : Hello, I ordered samples and they have nothing to do with the image on the order. I thought they were official samples but we have no certainty about what we are drinking.
As of today, 04/15/2020, I still have not received my order and I do not know where it is since 04/03/2020 and if I will ever receive it.
