Order: Emperor finish Pope Clement. The box was marked with dusty fingerprints (embarrassing for a gift!) and catastrophic delivery from UPS (not Rhum Attitude's fault). This is the first time this has happened…

Regarding UPS, we are working with them to resolve these known issues.
Regarding the fingerprints, the preparation team is made aware to first not add to them, and also to identify and remove them as best as possible when they occur. Despite all our precautions, it happens that some escape our vigilance.

Very long shipping delays, supposedly due to a move. I suppose this was planned so the announced delays should have taken that into account. Then no follow-up received from UPS. My package almost left before I was informed of its presence at the relay. a first failed experience.

Hello, I am writing to you regarding my recent order, for which everything went well overall, and I thank you for that. I was entitled to a small gift worth about 5 €, to choose between a sample bottle or a gift wrapping. I opted for the gift wrapping, but I must admit I was a bit disappointed by its presentation. A simple crumpled paper around the bottle, held by a string, does not match what I imagined for a 'gift wrapping'. A small box would, in my opinion, have offered a much more careful and qualitative presentation. I share this feedback with a constructive spirit, hoping it can be useful to you to improve the customer experience in the future. Best regards,

I received a package of rum from this retailer, and the packaging was extremely poor. One bottle's cap and wax seal were completely destroyed. It's a miracle nothing shattered. This is unacceptable for an international shipment. I hope they improve their packaging practices.

I give 3 stars for the care taken in packaging the order but cannot give 5 because there was a product error which forced me to go back twice to the relay point to return the non-compliant products and retrieve the correct products. Too bad, no commercial gesture.
Products appreciated, especially the old rum; unfortunately, the homemade planter is better, hence my disappointment.
Order and delivery without problems. In the meantime, we went to a wine merchant and found that the price for the same rum was obviously much cheaper. We are therefore disappointed.
Hello, Product far too expensive, two bottles of 50 CL rum at 21 € each, so 42 € for the two bottles I found in Super U store, the same products that I paid 13 € each, so 26 € 16 € more expensive plus delivery... Incomprehensible. I am very disappointed. Alain BRACH

The mixing of bottles is due to the fact that the package is inevitably shaken during transport. We should be able to put them back in the right order. Ease of ordering and very fast delivery to the relay point..
Fast and efficient delivery, the only downside was that the case that went with the product was missing, otherwise it would have been 5 stars
As a long-time customer, I am very disappointed to learn that shipping costs are no longer included when the order exceeds 140... mine was over 800... I don't find that commercial.
The delivery was rather long: it took 4 days to go from Toulouse to Fonsorbes (20 km).
Different bottle number between the box and the bottle, otherwise correct packaging.
Catastrophic DPD delivery service: cancellations several days in a row, without reason and of course at the end of the day. Result: 3 vacation days lost waiting for nothing and a delivery that arrived too late, after our departure. All with a deplorable DPD customer service, lacking empathy and unable to prioritize your delivery after several cancellations at the simple decision of the delivery person. Change delivery companies immediately, or you won't recover!

***UPDATE Yes they have been in contact with me. I am waiting for instructions to send them back. More hassle for me. I will also have the inconvenience of claiming back the duty from customs. Not really a good service is it? Ordered 6 bottle, 4 was damaged. Not packed well. A little bit of bubble wrap around the base of the bottle. They were rattling around in a box without them separated. These are a special edition that I will now struggle to get hold of anymore. Second order was packaged perfect. Bottles separated by cardboard and bubble wrap. Unfortunately I have to score low as this is a great inconvenience having to send back and reclaim the duty etc. I will return them in the same box and packaging though. I would have scored zero if the second parcel was packaged badly. Luckily the second box was perfect.
A glass broke... I'm waiting for an email to notify me about stock and for a new glass to be sent. But still no news.

Very happy with the Rhum Attitude site in terms of delivery, etc., but very disappointed with one of the three products purchased, the R1963 amber. It has almost only the taste of burning alcohol in the mouth. Yes, it’s a cask strength rum with a high alcohol content, but the 'arbre du voyageur' by Chantal Comte, for example, is a very well-made rum rich in flavor, the complete opposite of this R1963 amber.
- Did not receive the Kraken Black promotion - Delivery via DPD even though I paid (€15.10) for Colissimo.
The box of the bottle (at 100€!) was torn in several places as if it had already been opened and was therefore not presentable for a gift. We had to put black marker on the tears to hide them and we even feared that the bottle was opened but no, the seal was intact.
39: For the first time, I am disappointed with the carrier MondialRelay. Usually delivered in 48h to my relay point. It's already been 4 days...
Good overall but for the price, we expected a bit more. Now, our son still has to taste them. Hoping that the quality of the different Martinican rums meets his expectations.
One sample did not match the ordered product. The refund was processed.
The service itself is always impeccable. But what a disappointment to receive the precious liquid in a plastic bottle!
I love this site because I find many different rums, a wide range, sample format very appreciated. Unfortunately, my order 'guaranteed in 2 days' and paid immediately took longer than expected and I couldn't enjoy it in time as that was the purpose of my initial order. I advise not to ask questions after the order because a simple question can block the delivery anyway. Customer service is responsive but not very understanding. I regret the non-compliance with deadlines even if the rum is very good in itself
Despite several impeccable orders, I find that recently the quality of packaging has decreased. 2 packages received (still complete) were repackaged and arrived in a 'borderline' state. Otherwise, shipping on time, no worries, I will order again. Long live rum!!!
The delivered bottles did not match at all with those ordered
The product is very well packaged but I find the delivery too long
Ordered an expensive limited release bottle from them and was offered a free sample bottle which I accepted. When the package finally arrived it had been packaged poorly causing the sample to smash and leak all over the main bottle, ruining the box and label, significantly reducing the collectors value. There was only 1 and a half inflated packaging strips with one completely deflated meaning the bottle was free moving in the carton. I contacted them hoping for an appropriate solution and was first only offered 10 followed by an increase to 15. Relative to the lost value on the order this is pretty insignificant and I'd be hesitant to order from them again as a result
29: Very happy with the order. However, you promised a gift (a small bottle of rum or whisky) which was not in the package. Might as well not offer anything??
32: The spiced rums are mostly very spicy. I do not recommend this set. Price-quality ratio too expensive. A bit disappointed nonetheless.
42: Very long delivery and the miniature is not even the real bottle as seen on the site.
