Delivery error between two Mezan rums. The delivered one was a few euros more expensive. Following my email, response within 24 hours: Apology for the error, offer to keep the bottle, explanations about the differences between the ordered rum and the delivered one, and a gift of a discount card for the next purchase! Kudos for this responsiveness and commercial sense.
