However, there can be incidents like the one you experienced, and when it lasts too long, do not hesitate to contact us so we can request an investigation with Colissimo. Regarding the packaging of the samples, it is indeed quite simple since they are PET bottles, which are unbreakable; however, we have just reminded the preparers to screw the caps on better. In any case, when there is a problem of this nature (loss of a bit of rum), do not hesitate to contact us; we can replace the samples if too much liquid has spilled or at least give you a discount.
