21: Thank you for your feedback. I see in your last order that you ordered a single bottle that was specified without a case. Otherwise, if not, we fold the boxes and position them at the bottom of the carton to protect them well. They can easily be missed as they are usually covered with protection. In any case, just contact us so we can find a solution of course.
