Excellent service (very wide choice - including samples, ease of ordering, speed of delivery), however the delivery by UPS is not up to par: the pickup points can be too far away, and home delivery forces you to stay there for half a day or more (delay of more than 2 hours). Their tracking system is not reliable (package delivered while it was still reported in the warehouse). In short, Rhum Attitude: 5* - UPS: 2*
Hyper reactive and fast to deliver
Despite an order during the company's relocation, the promised deadlines were met, and the communication and responsiveness were very good. The fact that samples are offered is very interesting.
Great as usual.
I was expecting to receive original Don Papa bottles like the 75cl one, but here I got a plastic bottle with a label stuck on it, too expensive for what it is. A real disappointment.
Regarding the samples, they are not miniatures.
