Order: Emperor finish Pope Clement. The box was marked with dusty fingerprints (embarrassing for a gift!) and catastrophic delivery from UPS (not Rhum Attitude's fault). This is the first time this has happened…

Regarding UPS, we are working with them to resolve these known issues.
Regarding the fingerprints, the preparation team is made aware to first not add to them, and also to identify and remove them as best as possible when they occur. Despite all our precautions, it happens that some escape our vigilance.

I removed 1 star because of the package pickup at the UPS relay, package arrived in 3 days at the relay perfect, but no reception of the code ???? I had to call UPS not very friendly, total 4 days for this code thank you UPS. (some people are useless).....

I wanted a sample with my bottle and not a gift voucher, I sent a message to change that as soon as I saw the order and it remained unanswered so I'm not happy

We cannot find any trace of your message, how did you send it? It may be a handling error on our part. We make sure to respond to every message.
It is possible that you initially chose a sample and that the offered product reset (this can happen when changing price tiers after modifying the cart, for example). We have planned to remedy this with a specific alert.
In any case, I suggest either visiting our shop in Brussels to take a sample of one of our barrels, or using your voucher of 3 to 10 euros so that you can take a corresponding one during your next order.
