Very long shipping delays, supposedly due to a move. I suppose this was planned so the announced delays should have taken that into account. Then no follow-up received from UPS. My package almost left before I was informed of its presence at the relay. a first failed experience.

The move was indeed announced for orders placed between June 2 and June 5. Orders from Friday, June 6 (including yours) should have shipped by Monday. However, we encountered difficulties greater than anticipated, so some orders were delayed and we are truly sorry for that. You were also entitled to a voucher, you just needed to indicate the proper receipt of your package. We have just sent it to you. Finally, regarding UPS, we have changed carriers and adjustments are still ongoing to ensure that customers are better alerted. All of this is well below our usual services, which are returning to normal.
