Good evening, I am satisfied that a manager from this company called me to finally explain to me why the small sample-type bottles were sent in plastic. After reflection, I am finally convinced.

When buying a collector's bottle, you expect the label on the bottle to be intact. So was the bottle damaged by the carrier or the seller??? All I know is that I have to buy the bottle again on Amazon.
