The carrier delivered at Christmas in a pickup! nothing to do with the requested address a ready-to-wear store... but the site manager completely handled the redelivery very quickly! the package was very well protected for delivery.

The order was processed in 2 days, very efficient. Unfortunately, the package was delivered to a pickup point rather than to my home as requested and paid for. It was clearly a mistake by the DPD driver and not poor management on the part of Rhumattitude. I contacted them to obtain a refund, which they did in full including shipping costs. Even though I didn't drink the rum, I give them 5 stars for the excellence of their customer service and their impeccable responsiveness.
I am loyal to rhumattitude so the product is evolving, but the little I have tasted is promising. Very happy with the service. Best regards.

Subscribed for some time now to the monthly box, the experience is really nice! However, be careful with the deliveries as it has become a bit chaotic lately.
