34: The package was not delivered at home for the birthday even though the recipient was at home. They had to go to a relay point to retrieve their item another day. I will not order rum from Rhum Attitude again.

I gave my husband a 30 euro gift voucher. He ordered a bottle that didn't leave right away, which wasn't delivered to the right pickup point. And we received an email that didn't match the date when the package was at the pickup point. (Email arrived 2 days too early, the package wasn't there!)

Good evening, I am sorry for these malfunctions. I see in our tracking that the package left on time (the next morning for an order placed at 6:00 PM) and that it has now been delivered. The carrier apparently made mistakes. I understand your dissatisfaction.
