The idea of being able to buy samples is excellent. However, I ordered about ten samples. Very disappointed to have received them loose in a package. A small presentation box, even basic, would have been welcome.
The wax on the bottle was not intact, it was cut on half of the neck.
Hello, I thank you for the speed of the parcel shipment... However, if I give you only 3 stars, it's because the bottles are plastic. Only the Savannah rum was in a glass bottle... How can we have a complete experience if it's in plastic... Thank you....
Delivery times too long, more than a week because the warehouse took 4 days to ship an item in stock.
I am a customer in the UK & buy this rum very often from the EU, however this is the first time ever I was charged duties & taxes which are the same amount as the rum, doubling the price! UK customers beware, Rhum Attitude are not registered with UK authorities so Royal Mail will force you to pay tax before delivery, despite this consignment being less than the €144 limit on personal imports. I was going to return the consignment but this product is very difficult to find anywhere this side of the Atlantic.....

The site and the order are OK but the 'little gift' offered (A mini bottle or a glass) is not in the package!!!!

Well, I am happy with the purchases. But on the other hand, the Don Papa samples are disgusting. Strange taste.
Parcel received late after 15 days but it's the Post's fault for misplacing the parcel, and the customer service did everything to follow up on this issue. Kudos to them for that. However, the bottle was poorly protected in an oversized packaging. Gift wrapping upon arrival was torn in the box. But I think my customer experience is below normal and I was just unlucky this time. If I had to do it again, I would return to Rhum Attitude and I recommend it.
Very disappointed that the Eldorado 12-year-old rum with the 2 glasses at €49.50 did not arrive in the box as shown in the photo, a bit light... For the price, it's exaggerated.
What a surprise to see Père Labat twice as cheap in the Carrefour hypermarket than the one I bought on the site.
I placed an order for Christmas on 12/13 and thought I would receive it at Mondial Relay 5 days (7 with the weekend) later as announced... Result, parcel arrived on the 23rd in the afternoon (delay with the carrier supposedly). Unable to wait until that date, I only picked up the gift after Christmas... Explain to me how other companies (not just large ones, but small ones too) manage to meet the announced deadlines and not you! I am disappointed with the service and do not recommend the delivery??
They responded very quickly to my requests for advice on sweet and caramelized rums; I was able to complete my order ensuring that I had selected what my husband liked. BUT I did not pay attention to the packaging and therefore instead of receiving a box with my samples nicely arranged, I received everything in bulk (10 samples of old rum). For gifting, it was a bit neglected so I had to find a box and do a DIY project :-(. If this packaging is free, it's a shame that it is not provided directly because I was very disappointed to give such a beautiful gift in a more than mediocre package. Fortunately, it's the content that matters.
I am a bit disappointed because the bottles are plastic. I didn't find that very nice especially for gifting. Otherwise, in terms of tasting, very good.
Unfortunately, the glass arrived broken.
Product itself was great. However, when I contacted them to enquire about the product and shipping, all was great and swift. But when my parcel arrived in Croatia, I was unable to get further info from the tracking link and the courier customer care was in French. I emailed them to help me locate it but to this day had no response. I spent a day trying to locate which local courier had it and then finally had to make a trip to the post office to collect. So was put off by their after care service. The product itself was well packaged. Perhaps, they should consider that international buyers are unable to reach their french courier postal should things go wrong,
After receiving my order, I discover that the miniatures are all plastic... really a shame especially for 50€ of purchase.

I found it to be a very useful Christmas gift and it was a good idea, even though it is mentioned in the advertisement that you get a bottle at Christmas and in June, I never received either of those two bottles, so I can only give 3 stars despite everything

It's a shame that the 10 samples from the arranged factory are offered in plastic bottles with more or less well-cut/glued labels. The packaging does not match the price asked. It was a tasting gift that I ultimately did not give due to the poor quality of the packaging. It's a shame that my emails to customer service went unanswered.
I bought a high-quality rum gift set, the set arrived broken (damaged wood and broken plastic glass) given the price paid, very disappointed.
The shipment was well packaged, but the bottle cap was not airtight... it leaked in the box and I lost part of the contents.
I am still waiting for my shipment, due to a lack of packaging material, incredible.
Jamaican rum ordered and well received, well packaged; according to the label, this rum is produced in Jamaica, imported by Italy, and there is even a label in German 'Enthalt Farbstoff'... for me, this is not an original... too bad, it had a good taste and beautiful color...
32 : I placed an order of over 200€ and they did not respect my request for gift wrapping which was not done.. otherwise the site is serious and delivery is fast.
I received the order quickly but, when I ordered, I thought I was ordering real bottles and not samples. Very poorly indicated on the site. So I will not order again??
Bottle opened in the package, more than half lost due to excessive purchase
The ordering process is not very smooth. Rum arrived with a broken cork upon opening, making this action very delicate and requiring a replacement of the cork.
A whole week to obtain a simple bottle of rum deliverable according to the site in '48/72h', order placed on Friday evening, parcel prepared and transport slip issued on Monday (according to the carrier!), but the parcel was only handed over to the carrier ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON! As a result, delivery at the last minute on Friday afternoon. This bottle was ordered for a birthday, and it was very close to not arriving on time. During this time, no explanation about a possible delay. I am therefore extremely disappointed by the negligence of this shop that does not consider it necessary to send a parcel THAT IS READY, and I do not intend to place any further orders.
12: Unfortunately, there was a sealing issue with one bottle. This is the second time. Otherwise, despite the description, it's hard to get an idea of the typology. An indication of the aromatic palette (sweet, sugary, dry, etc., a bit like wines) would be a plus.
Exceptional choice Not very customer-friendly for after-sales service. I had a problem with the delivery. Rhum Attitude leaves you to handle it. I eventually retrieved my last package...10 days after the first one.
Carton and packaging not professional at all... The rum itself is good.
Problem with a 20 cl bottle leaking in the bag, loss of merchandise.
