After several failed attempts ordering white rhum Trois Rivières Origines 55° - Bouteille (at different retailers - sellers), the order for this rhum was placed successfully by your company. And therefore I am very satisfied with your service!
Buying a rum at 125 euros per bottle and receiving the presentation box of the bottle flattened under the bottle and completely torn is really disappointing. The gift I am giving is largely spoiled because this type of opened box is part of the presentation of the bottle and is normally kept with the bottle.
The flattening of the case is precisely intended to avoid damaging it. These Bally cases are particularly difficult to handle, by the way. Despite all our precautions, the cases sometimes arrive damaged.
